The noodle is drenched in a super creamy sauce with chunks of smoked meat. The dish is known as a simple rural folk food in its home country.

Lapshevnik is a dish made from lapsha which means noodles in Russian. This typical Russian noodle dish has a variety of fillings, from chicken, bacon, sausage, cheese, to minced meat.
