- Customer is a PermataBebas account owner.
- Customer has registered the account to participate in the program by one of these methods:
- New PermataBebas account opening via PermataMobile X: input promo code PBCB1 during the account opening process on PermataMobile X.
- New PermataBebas account opening via Branch: request PermataBank Branch officer to register the account.
- Already has a PermataBebas account: call PermataTel at 1500-111 or visit the nearest Branch and requested to be registered for this program participation.
- Registration must be conducted by Customer one time to get cashback at the latest on the transaction month when Customer would like to start getting cashback.
- Example: If Customer would like to get cashback start from November 2023 transactions and onwards, the registration must be conducted by Customer at 31 November 2023 at the latest.
- 5% Cashback Groceries & Gas Station

- Program period until 30 April 2024.
- 5% cashback every day for purchase transactions on groceries (mini/super/hypermarket) and gas station merchant type using PermataDebit Plus with registered PermataBebas account as the source account.
- Minimum average balance on transaction monthly is IDR 5 mio in the registered PermataBebas account used for source account.
- No minimum transaction requirement to get cashback.
- Maximum cashback per month per Customer is IDR 500K with terms and conditions as follows:
Average Balance in the Transaction Month Maximum Cashback Amount Customer Can Get in the Transaction Month Minimum IDR 5 mio IDR 200K Minimum IDR 15 mio IDR 500K - Transaction considered eligible if recorded at PermataBank system as purchase category on groceries & gasoline merchant. Only one account is considered as a calculation basis and eligible to get cashback.
- If Customer (in one GCN) has more than one registered PermataBebas account or other account considered as other PermataBebas accounts (PermataBebas iB/PermataTabungan Bebas/ PermataTabungan Bebas iB/ or other product), only one account with highest Groceries & Gasoline transaction accumulation that will be considered eligible. If more than one account has the same transaction accumulation, the account with the highest transaction month average balance will be considered eligible.
- Cashback will be credited to PermataBebas account with status active at the latest 15th day of the month after the transaction month.
- If PermataBebas account has already closed then Customer will be considered ineligible and disqualified from Cashback Program.
- PermataBank has the right to do analysis for transaction reasonableness. If necessary, PermataBank has the right to ask for transaction receipt from Customer for cashback crediting purpose.
- If any fraud or abuse indication was found, PermataBank has the right to delay or hold cashback payment to customers, and also change or terminate the program with prior notice to customers at the latest 30 calendar days before implementation.
