Terms and Conditions
  • This promo is valid for:
    • New PermataME Customers who open account starting on 1 March 2024 by inputting the promo code NEWME or other valid promo codes.
    • PermataME Customers who have done so and fill out the online form. The registration deadline is at the end of the transaction month in order to start getting PermataPoin bonus for transactions in that month. Customers only need to register once during the program period. 
  • Program period: 18 March - 31 August 2024.
  • Customer will get PermataPoin bonus worth 25% ("PermataPoin Bonus") from the nominal offline transactions (over the counter) made by the Customer at all Merchants with the following conditions:
    Category Location of Transaction
    Jajan Restaurant, bakery, snack stall, café, coffee shop and other food/beverage merchants
    Dandan Make-up shops, salons, aesthetic clinics, beauty/nail studios, spas and other beauty merchants
  • PermataPoin Bonus is valid for offline transactions using PermataME Debit or QR Pay PermataMobile X with funding source from PermataME/iB account. QR Pay that is calculated are payment by scanning directly to QRIS generated/presented by the merchant (Merchant Presented Mode).
  • The maximum PermataPoin Bonus received is according to Customer's average balance as follows:

  • There is no minimum nominal per transaction.
  • Program does not apply to payments at online merchants or e-commerce.
  • This program is only valid at merchants with categories that are in accordance with the implementation of this program.
  • If one Customer has a PermataME and PermataME iB account registered in the program, the PermataPoin Bonus will be given to one of the accounts with the highest bonus in the transaction month.
  • PermataPoin Bonus will be credited maximum at the end of the following month after the transaction month.
  • Program does not apply to transactions at other categories of merchants, even if the goods purchased/paid for are food, beverages, cosmetics or other related to the program. Example: purchasing cosmetics at pharmacies, purchasing ready-to-eat foods at supermarkets, etc.
  • Taxes on prizes (if any) will be borne by PermataBank. 
  • Customers can check PermataPoin on the PermataPoin page in PermataMobile X. 
  • PermataPoin is only valid for transactions in Rupiah. 
  • PermataPoin reward term and conditions:
    • 1 PermataPoin has the same value as 1 Rupiah.
    • PermataPoin can be used for QR Pay payments on PermataMobile X at any merchant. 
    • PermataPoin cannot be cashed or transferred to other Customers. 
    • PermataPoin earned by the Customer from this program can be used until 31 December 2025.
  • PermataPoin earned from this program can be combined with other programs that are currently running.

Statement and Consent

Jajan & Dandan PermataME/PermataME iB Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms and Conditions") along with all future amendments (if any) are the terms and conditions that apply to the Jajan & Dandan PermataME/PermataME iB Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Permata Tbk, a banking company licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and member of Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "PermataBank'") and bind individual customers who have given their consent to comply with these Program Terms and Conditions through an approved Program Participation Form ("Form").

By participating in this program, the Customer declares and provides a statement and agreement to the following matters:

  • The Customer is fully responsible for the truth, accuracy and up-to-dateness of any information and/or documents and/or Customer data provided by the Customer to PermataBank in accordance with actual conditions, and as long as PermataBank has made reasonable efforts to check and ensure the truth and accuracy of the information and/or documents and/or Customer data, PermataBank will not provide compensation and/or liability in any form to the Customer and/or any party for any claims or lawsuits that arise in the future as a result of errors or inaccuracies in the information and/or documents and/or data provided by the Customer
  • The customer gives consent to PermataBank to use personal data in the form of an account number for Program validation purposes.
  • PermataBank has provided sufficient information and explanation regarding the characteristics of the "Program" program and the Customer agrees to participate in the "Program" and is willing to bear all consequences that may arise in connection with the Customer's participation in the "Program".
  • The Customer has been given sufficient time by PermataBank to read, comprehend, understand and agree to everything contained in the Program Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the Customer states that he understands and agrees to participate in the Program and is willing to bear all consequences that may arise in connection with the Customer's participation in the Program and is subject to and bound by the Program Terms and Conditions
  • The Customer agrees that the PermataPoin Bonus will be credited if the Customer fulfills all the "Program" requirements.
  • The Customer agrees that PermataBank is not responsible for discrepancies in the PermataPoin Bonus received if this occurs due to mistakes in entering the account number when filling out the Form.
  • PermataBank reserves the right to make changes to the Program Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the applicable PermataBank policy by giving prior written notification no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days before the implementation of the said changes or other periods as permitted by applicable laws and regulations ("Notification Period"). In the event that the Customer does not agree to the changes proposed by PermataBank, the Customer may file an objection and has the right to stop participating in the Program during the Notification Period. If the Customer does not object to the changes submitted by PermataBank during the Notification Period, PermataBank has the right to assume that the Customer agrees to the changes and the Customer is bound by all changes made by PermataBank.
  • That the Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part and are an inseparable part of the Program Participation Form which has been approved by the Customer.
  • That the implementation of the Program Terms and Conditions is also subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening (hereinafter referred to as "Account Opening SKU"), PermataME Special Terms and Conditions ("PermataME SKK") and PermataME iB Special Terms and Conditions ("PermataME iB SKK" ) which applies along with changes and/or updates thereto. In the event that there are differences and/or conflicts between the provisions contained in the Program Terms and Conditions and the Account Opening SKU and/or PermataME/iB SKK, PermataBank and the Customer agree that the provisions contained in the Account Opening SKU and/or SKK PermataME/iB will apply.
