Terms of Debit for Monthly Printed Paper Statement:
- For Consolidated Paper Statement Conditions, monthly fees apply once per month per Customer number/same card number. Customers receive information reports in the form of an integrated statement in one envelope.
- For Non-Consolidated Paper Statement Conditions, monthly fees will be debited for each printed envelope/account. Customers receive information reports in separate statements per account, so monthly fees will be debited from each Customer's account depending on the number of printed envelopes. To avoid this, please contact PermataTel or visit the nearest PermataBank branch for Consolidated Paper Statement Service requests.
- Consolidated Paper Statement Service is a comprehensive transaction mutation information report service for all Savings, Current, Deposit, and Investment accounts (Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Bancassurance Single Premium Unit Link products) by PermataBank in the form of a paper statement.
- Specifically for PermataMasa Depan (iB) / Tabungan Hadiah (iB) / Wealth Management account types that still use Printed Paper Statements, the monthly fees will be debited from the source account.
