Individual Customer

Account AutoClose Regulations
- Your account is dormant and the balance on your account is zero (0) for for 180 calendar days.
- Your account was opened through the PermataMobile X Account Opening Application / e-form and the balance in your account is zero (0) for 99 calendar days from the date the account was opened.
