Indonesian Citizens (WNI):
- Customer's identifications in the form of Resident ID Card
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) or Declaration Letter if not having the Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Fill in the Account Opening Form and other supporting documents.
- Sign the Signature Specimen.
Foreign Citizens (WNA):
- PASSPORT and Temporary Resident Permit Card (KIMS) or Temporary Stay Permit Card (KITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITAP) or Foreign Citizen Resident ID Card.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) or Declaration Letter if not having the Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Reference Letter, if there is no Temporary Resident Permit Card (KIMS) or Temporary Stay Permit Card (KITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITAP) or Foreign Citizen Resident ID Card.

Notes:
Customers who are Housewives, Students, or College Students, or Unemployed, are required to obtain identity documents that follow the requirements of Indonesian or foreign citizens from the funders.
Pensioners are required to obtain information on the source of funds from the pension fund or other assets/parties (funders, which refer to the provisions of the funders).

The account/transaction information can be accessed anytime and anywhere through PermataMobile X and PermataNet. E-Statements can be downloaded for up to the last 12 months, with a minimum average balance in accordance with applicable regulations. More information can be accessed at the following link.
Account AutoClose Regulations
Bank will close the account automatically with below conditions:
- Your account is inactive ("Dormant") and has IDR 0 balance for 180 calendar days in a row
- The account which was opened via PermataMobile X or e-Form that has IDR 0 balance for 99 calendar days in a row since the account opening date
