  • Program Period : 1 May – 30 September  2024.
  • This program is valid for all Customer segments by transacting on PermataMobile X with the following savings account:
    • PermataME
    • PermataME iB (Mudharabah Principles Only)
    • PermataTabungan Bebas
    • PermataTabungan Bebas iB (Mudharabah Principles Only)
    • PermataTabungan Payroll
    • PermataTabungan Payroll iB (Mudharabah Principles Only)
  • The following transaction types will be deemed eligible for the program only if the transactions are done on PermataMobile X:

  • Customers can complete as many transactions as possible to earn and collect scores during the program period, with the following terms: 
    • QR Pay and Virtual Account Payment transactions will only grant score for up to 5 times per month for each transaction type.
    • Other than QR Pay and Virtual Account Payments, there is no frequency limit for the transactions, meaning customers are entitled to earn score regardless of how many times they completed the transactions.
  • A Customer's combined average balance is accumulated from all their registered PermataBank savings account, the included savings account types are as mentioned in the second point of this T&C.
  • If the said Customer’s combined average balance is below IDR 25 mio (twenty-five million Rupiah) in the ongoing month, then the score earnings of said Customer will be calculated as a Customer with a minimum balance of IDR 1 mio (one million Rupiah).
  • If the said Customer’s combined average balance is below Rp 1 mio (one million Rupiah) then the Customer will not be deemed eligible to earn any score in the ongoing month.
  • If any Customer owns multiple (more than one) savings accounts, then the scores will be accumulated from all the Customer’s savings accounts that are eligible for this program.
  • PermataBank employees are not eligible to participate in this program under any condition.
  • Customers with the most earned scores during the program period will be eligible to receive the following prizes:
  • Monthly Prize
    Prize Availability
    PermataPoin @ IDR 500 mio For 20 Customers
    • Customers are required to score at least 2.200 scores in 1 (one) month (ongoing month) to have a chance of winning the monthly prize.
    • The monthly prize score earnings will be reset to 0 (zero) at the beginning of each month (does not affect the score earnings for Grand prize).
    • Monthly prizes are only available for the transaction period from Mei to August 2024 (4 months).
    • Customers who were eligible to receive the monthly prize from the month before, will not be eligible to win the monthly Prize for the following month, however they are still eligible to win the grand prizes.
    • PermataPoin will be credited to the Customers’ PermataMobile X account as late as 30 (thirty) business days in the following month after the transactions occurred.
    • Customers can check and verify their PermataPoin earnings through the PermataPoin dashboard on PermataMobile X.

    • Customers are required to score at least 22.000 scores in 1 (one) month (ongoing month) to have a chance of winning the monthly prize.
    • The score earning period for grand prizes will end on 30 September at 23:59 GMT+7.
    • To be eligible for receiving grand prizes, Customers need to complete at least 5 (five) Top Up and/or Bill Payment and/or QR Pay transactions during the program period.
    • Specific for the Electric Car and Electric Motorbike prizes will be given to the winners in Off-The-Road condition and any administration and/or additional fees (including registration papers) shall be borne by the respective winners.
    • The colorway of the prizes will follow the availability determined by PermataBank.
    • PermataPoin will be credited to the Customers PermataMobile X account as late as 30 (thirty) business days in the following month after the program period ends.
    • Customers can check and verify their PermataPoin earnings through the PermataPoin dashboard on PermataMobile X.
    • Any additional insurance and/or warranties are not included along with the grand prizes given.
    • Grand prize winners will be contacted by PermataBank through the Customers phone number that are registered in PermataBank’s system for the prize handover ceremony that will occur at one of PermataBank’s branch office (on which the location of the branch office is agreed beforehand between PermataBank and the winner).
  • If in any case, there is more than 1 (one) Customer with exactly the same score earnings, the winner will be determined by whichever Customer completed more transactions than the other.
  • If in any case, there is more than 1 (one) Customer with exactly the same score earnings and transaction frequency, the winner will be determined by whichever Customer completed more transactions the earliest to reach the corresponding score.
  • Information on Customers’ score earning table will be announced through a Leaderboard which will be posted and updated on PermataBank’s official website https://www.permatabank.com, or Customers can reach PermataTel 1500111 to receive more information about the program.
  • Prize tax in regard to this program is borne by PermataBank.
  • Any additional fees that may or may not follow the handover process of the prizes shall be fully borne by the respective winner.
  • The said prizes cannot be cashed in, sold, and/or traded in any form and in any case.
  • Customers are required to maintain their account status as active until the completion of the prizes handover process.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 1 (one) month upon announcement or is unable to comply with the relevant terms, PermataBank reserves the right to disqualify the said winner which results in the forfeiture of the prize.
  • PermataBank never collects any fee regarding the prizes handover process.
  • PermataBank’s decisions are final and cannot be contested nor appealed.
  • At any time, the Bank may change the terms and conditions of the program or terminate it with prior notice via PermataBank official website (www.permatabank.com) and/or other PermataBank official media, and has the right to disqualify a Customer who does not comply or is suspected of committing fraud or abusing the program provisions.
