- The Merchant/Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions if they do not meet the applicable terms and conditions.

- Installment transactions are not processed by the Merchant but by PermataBank, if there is an EDC error or if there is an email notification from the Merchant that the Customer's transaction has not been converted into an installment. - 0% installment application will incur an admin fee of IDR 25K, charged to the PermataKartuKredit holder on the credit card billing statement.

- The promotional program is only valid every Saturday and Sunday.
- Valid for PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card, PermataKartuKredit Platinum and PermataBlack World Mastercard.
- The promotional program is valid for the first 10 transactions per Saturday and per Sunday.
- If the quota on Saturday or Sunday is not fully utilized, the remaining quota can be used for the following days or weeks during the program period.
- The discount will be provided at the cashier and manually entered into the system at the time of payment.
- Valid for one transaction per day during the program period.
