- Installment transactions are conducted through the Merchant's platform.
- The minimum transaction amount for installment transactions are:
- 3 months tenor = IDR 500K.
- 6 months tenor = IDR 2 mio.
- Installment application will incur an administrative fee of IDR 25K, charged to the PermataKartuKredit holder on the credit card billing statement.
- If the Customer cancels the installment, a fee of IDR 350K per installment transaction applied will be charged, unless the installment cancellation is requested by the Merchant via email due to unavailable products or other reasons.
