  1. What is PermataPoin? PermataPoin is a reward point given specifically for PermataBank Customers as loyalty reward every time a Customer completes a transaction successfully using PermataMobile X or every time a Customer is eligible to get PermataPoin based on the terms & conditions of a promotion program that applies at PermataBank. Every PermataPoin has an exchange value of IDR 1. PermataPoin is earned by completing transactions, according to the transaction list below:

  2. What do I get by having PermataPoin?  With PermataPoin, Customers will get abundant points which can be used fully or in part when making QR Payment transaction.
  3. How many PermataPoin can I get? The amount of PermataPoin given to Customers may vary depending on the ongoing promotional program.
  4. What kind of information can I get about PermataPoin at PermataMobile X? PermataPoin balance information, transaction history, and PermataPoin FAQs can be obtained easily at PermataMobile X.
  5. What is the conversion value of PermataPoin? PermataPoin conversion value is 1 point = IDR 1.
  6. How long is the validity of my PermataPoin? The validity period for PermataPoin is 31 December X+1 year. 
    Example: If a Customer gets points on 8 August 2023, the Customer's expiry points is 31 December 2024
    Bank may from time to time make adjustments to the total balance of a Customer's PermataPoin at PermataMobile X in the event that a certain amount of PermataPoin is no longer valid (expired).
  7. How do I use or exchange my PermataPoin? You can use PermataPoin using the PermataMobile X application through the QR payment feature by scanning QRIS code provided by the Merchant. PermataMobile X QR payment method using PermataPoin can be done using 2 methods:
    • Full Payment using PermataPoin; or
    • Combined payment using account balance and PermataPoin, and customers can determine the amount PermataPoin they want to use for the corresponding transaction.
  8. Can I combine PermataPoin and the source of fund in making transactions? You can combine your PermataPoin usage with your account balance in accordance with the provisions of PermataPoin exchange terms that has been determined by PermataBank.
  9. Can my PermataPoin be claimed or exchanged for money? PermataPoin cannot be claimed or exchanged for money and can only be used according to the provision of point no. 7 of this FAQ.
  10. What if I want to ask a question or complain about my PermataPoin? Customers can submit questions or complaints regarding PermataPoin by contacting PermataTel 1500-111 or email to care@permatabank.co.id.
  11. Can the Bank withdraw my PermataPoin at any time? PermataBank may at any time cancel and/or correct certain or all PermataPoin given to Customers in terms of:
    • The transaction underlying the awarding of PermataPoin is cancelled or there is a refund.
    • Based on PermataBank’s reasonable consideration, for example:
      • The underlying transaction which PermataPoin is given, indicated to be an act of fraud and/or a violation of applicable laws and regulations.
      • PermataPoin is used by Customers for transactions that violate the law or transactions that are indicated as suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
    • There was a system or calculation error from PermataBank side which caused the Customer to receive PermataPoin that the Customer should not have received.
    • PermataBank is required to withdraw, cut, cancel the distribution and/or limit the use of PermataPoin by the competent authorities or agencies.
    • There are other conditions that cause Customers to receive PermataPoin and/or that you should not receive.
  12. Apart from the things above, are there any other things that I need to pay attention to? PermataBank has the right to change or add to the contents of the FAQ at any time according to the applicable PermataBank provisions and will be submitted via PermataMobile X, the PermataBank website, or other PermataBank media that can be accessed by Customers. By making transactions both to obtain PermataPoin and to use PermataPoin, the Customer is deemed to have understood and agreed to all the provisions stipulated by PermataBank in the FAQ and promotional programs.
