Recheck the SMS Token with the transaction you make, ensure that the Response code is in accordance with the challenge code and the transaction being made.
Ensure that the SMS Token receiver is the registered number at your PermataNet and PermataMobile (internet-based).
For prepaid phone users, ensure that the phone credit is sufficient to receive SMS Token.
Some operators set a minimum phone credit to receive SMS Token, by which the amount is regulated by respective operators.
For postpaid users, ensure that the phone credit use does not exceed the usage limit.
For dual simcard phone users, it is recommended to put the SMS Token receiver number at the primary card slot.
Ensure that your mobile number is not in the grace period.
Ensure that your phone setting does not block SMS Token.
For your banking transaction safety, never inform your SMS Token to any party, including PermataBank officers.
