- Deed of Establishment authorized by the Minister of Law and Human Rights or Official Gazette which contains the deed of establishment and ratification of the Minister of Law and Human Rights.

- Business Permit from authorized institution according to the business activities of Limited Liability Companies.

- Organizational Structure of the Company.
