PermataTabungan Optima

1. Deposit Conditions :

   • Initial deposit at the time of opening the PermataTabungan Optima account can be done by prospective customers via direct deposit to the teller at the Bank branch offices or by transferring from another savings account In PermataBank or account at another bank.
   • The next deposit can be done at any time which is via all Bank branch offices or transfer from other savings accounts in PermataBank or accounts in other banks.
   • PermataBank has the right to refuse PermataTabungan Optima Savings account opening submitted by the Customer by notifying the reasons for the rejected Customer, unless otherwise stipulated in the legislation.
   • PermataBank has the right to close the PermataTabungan Optima account unilaterally, if one day, based on PermataBank's assessment and / or provisions of regulations of law in effect, and / or in the context of applying PermataBank's principles of prudential, the Customer is deemed unfit for conducting business relations (banking) with PermataBank.
   • Specifically for opening accounts through PermataMobile and iPad (e-Form), customers are required to make an initial deposit of a minimum of IDR 1,000,000. If the customer has not made an initial deposit until 99 days, the Bank will close the account automatically.

2. Interest Rate :

   Interest rates are higher than normal savings*
   Your Savings will develop more optimally with higher interest rate than other normal savings rates.

3. Transaction Fees and Limits:

   • Free monthly account administration fees if the average monthly balance is at least IDR 25,000,000.
   • Free cash withdrawal transaction fees at domestic and overseas ATM networks based on the network logo found on the back view of PermataDebit Plus if the balance before the transaction is at least IDR 25,000,000.
   • Free online transfer fees to other banks throughout Indonesia with PermataATM, PermataMobile X, PermataNet, and PermataTel if the balance before the transaction is at least IDR 25,000,000.
   • Free monthly administration fees for PermataDebit Plus.
   • Transaction Freedom from PermataDebit Plus:
     • Cash withdrawal at domestic and overseas ATM networks based on the network logo found on the back view of PermataDebit Plus.
     • Shopping transactions at all merchants based on the network logo found on the back view of PermataDebit Plus.* Only valid for individual customers.

4. Transaction Information Media:

   • Flexibility to make transactions via bank office branches and Permatae-Banking (PermataMobile X, PermataNet, PermataATM, Permatae-Business, and PermataTel).
   • Various facilities that can be enjoyed.
     PermataONe Services, PermataSMS Navigator Services, Autodebet Facilities, Standing Instruction Facilities, and Fax on Demand Services.

NON INDIVIDUALS*

Proprietary Limited (PT):

• Deed of Establishment authorized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on the State Gazette which contains the Deed of Establishment and legalization from Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
• The latest Articles of Association that have been adjusted to RI Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Proprietary Limited Companies.
• Business License from the authorized institution in accordance with the Limited Liability Companies business activities.
• Business Place Permit (SITU) or Company Domicile Certificate (SKKDP) or Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
• Financial Report or Description of Business Activities.
• Organizational structure of the company.
• Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
• Individual Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Information.
• Identity Documents.
• Signature specimen.

Firm or Limited Partnership (CV) or Partnership :

• Deed of Establishment registered by the local Court where the Firm or Partnership is located.
• Business License from the authorized authority in accordance with the business activities of the Firm or the Partneship.
• Ownership structure information or deed containing ownership structure.
• Business Place Permit (SITU) or Company Domicile Certificate (SKKDP) or Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
• Financial Report or Description of Business Activities that cannot be obtained.
• Information regarding the Partnership Composition (Frima) or the Composition of the Corporation (the Alliance) according to the articles of association.
• Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
• Individual Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Information.
• Identity Documents.
• Signature specimen.

Foundation:

• Deed of Establishment which is authorized by the authorized agency in accordance with its activities or activities.
• Business license from the competent authority such as the Department of Social Affairs, the Department of Religion or the mission of the Foundation listed on the Deed of Establishment.
