Terms and Conditions of Account Closure
- If the customers have reached 17 years old and already have their own identification cards, the account can be closed to be converted into another PermataBank account without being charged an account closing fee. This can be done by the customers only at the account opening branch.
- PermataBank reserves the right to close a PermataBintang account if it remains inactive (dormant) with a balance of IDR 0 (zero rupiah) for 180 consecutive calendar days, counting from the date the account becomes dormant and the balance reaches IDR 0 (zero rupiah).
