PermataME

1. Transaction Information Media:

   • The account/transaction information can be accessed anytime and anywhere through PermataMobile X and PermataNet. E-Statements can be downloaded for up to the last 12 months, with a minimum average balance in accordance with applicable regulations. More information can be accessed at the following link.

2. Other Conditions:

   • 1 Customer can only have 1 PermataME account.
   • If the customer has more than one PermataME account, then the cashback will be credited to only one PermataME account with the toal accumulated transactions in online transportation, online stores, coffee shops, and cinemas.
   • If both (or more) of the customer's PermataME accounts have the same total transaction accumulation, then the cashback will be credited to the PermataME account that has the highest average balance in the transaction month. This condition also applies if the customers have PermataME and PermataME iB accounts.

3. Cashback Terms and Conditions:

   • 10% cashback on online transportation applies to all PermataME customers for rides transactions using a PermataME debit card. This promo is valid starting from 1 April 2022. 
     GoPay wallet top up transactions are not eligible for the 10% cashback.
   • 20% cashback at online shops ONLY applies to all transactions at online shops by choosing a payment through debit card (not transfer), not applicable for e-wallet top up.
   • 30% cashback at cinemas and coffee shops throughout Indonesia applies to all PermataME customers for all transactions using PermataME card.
   • Cashback credit will be made no later than the 15th of the following month.
   • If the customers have more than one PermataME accounts, then the cashback will be credited to only one PermataME account with the total accumulated transactions in online transportation, online shops, coffee shops, and the biggest cinema. If both (or more) of the customers' PermataME accounts have the same total transaction accumulation, then the cashback will be credited to the PermataME account with the highest average balance in the transaction month. This condition also applies if the customers have PermataME and PermataME iB accounts.
   • Ensure that the Primary Account is PermataME to be able to make transactions so that you can enjoy the cashback.
   • PermataBank, at any time, has the right to conduct a review and/or examination and/or analysis against the originality of the proof of purchase transaction received by the Customer from the merchant participating in the program. If necessary, PermataBank has the right to request transaction proof from the Customer as a requirement to get the cashback.
   • If there are indications and/or abuse and/or fraud found in this program based on PermataBank’s internal consideration, PermataBank has the right to delay or not make cashback payments to customers and change and/or stop the program at any time with notification to the Customer for at least 30 calendar days prior to implementation.

4. PermataME Cashback Scheme

5. Account AutoClose Regulations
   In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening / General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Account Opening, the Bank has the right to close your account if:
   • Your account is dormant and the balance on your account is zero (0) for 730 calendar days from the time your account is dormant and your balance is zero (0).
   • Your account was opened through the PermataMobile X Account Opening Application and the balance in your account is zero (0) for 99 calendar days from the date the account was opened.
