DNDF transaction is a standard derivative transaction (plain vanilla) in the form of forward transactions which are carried out with a fixing mechanism and its settlement currency is in Rupiah. Fixing is a settlement mechanism without principal funds movement by calculating differences between the DNDF transaction rate and the reference rate (JISDOR) on the fixing date specified in the contract.
