Terms and Conditions:
- 0% installments are valid for transactions using all types of PermataKartuKredit.
- The minimum transaction for installment application is IDR 1 mio for tenors of 3, 6, and 12 months.
- For every installment transaction, PermataKartuKredit users will be charged an administrative fee of IDR 50K for tenors of 3 and 6 months, and IDR 100K for a tenor of 12 months.
- Cancellation of installment transactions will incur a penalty fee of IDR 350K per transaction that is converted into installments.
- Installment transactions must be made through PermataBank EDC machine at Merchant.
- Merchant and Bank reserve the right to cancel transactions if they do not meet the terms and conditions.
- Installment transactions cannot be processed if the Customer credit card status is currently blocked or undergoing a temporary limit increase (Temporary Limit Increase).
