Terms and Conditions:
- The promo period starts from 1 July – 31 December 2023 and is valid at all Astrindo Travel Services outlets.
- The cashback from PermataKartuKredit for all travel products purchases is categorized in the following amount of transactions:
- IDR 250K cashback with a transaction under IDR 10 mio (minimum IDR 5 mio).
- IDR 500K cashback with a transaction under IDR 20 mio (minimum IDR 10 mio).
- IDR 1 mio cashback with a transaction under IDR 40 mio (minimum IDR 20 mio).
- IDR 2 mio cashback with a minimum transaction of IDR 40 mio.
- Valid for all types of PermataKartuKredit.
- The maximum cashback given is 1 time per Customer per month for each Merchant participating in this promo program.
- The cashback will be given on the Customer's bill no later than 1 month from the transaction period date (on the 30 or 31 of the following month).
- The minimum transaction for the cashback tiers mentioned above refers to the total amount recorded in a single transaction, and it is not an accumulation of various transactions recorded within 1 month. If a customer makes multiple transactions within 1 month, the cashback amount given will be based on the transaction with the highest amount.
- The minimum transaction in this program cannot be combined with other discount or cashback promotions or programs.
- Cashback will be given if the transaction is successfully recorded and the Customer's credit card is active (free from blocking).
- Merchant and PermataBank have the right to analyze the fairness of the transaction at any time and have the right to cancel the transaction and/or stop the program at any time if indications of abuse or fraud are found.
- Cashback promo can be combined with 0% installment for up to 12 months.
- PermataBank may change the terms and conditions that apply without prior notification.

Terms and Conditions:
- 0% installment for 3, 6, and 12 months is valid with a minimum transaction of IDR 1 mio.
- Every 0% installment application will be subject to an admin fee of IDR 25K which will be charged to PermataKartuKredit.
- This promotion is valid until until 31 December 2023.
- Merchant or PermataBank reserves the right to cancel transactions if they do not meet the applicable terms and conditions.
- If the Customer cancels the installment, a fee of IDR 350K will be charged per installment transaction submitted. PermataBank will make direct deductions from the Customer's credit card balance.
- The amount of administrative fees and penalties may change or be adjusted according to the PermataBank internal conditions and regulations. If any changes occur, PermataBank will inform the Merchant and Customers at least 14 working days before the new provisions take effect.
