If there is a payment delay or arrear by the Distributors or Customers within the agreed time with the Partner, then:
- The Distributors or Customers will be fined, and it may have an impact on the decline in collectability known to banks in general.
- PermataBank will make a Stop Booking (the Distributors or Customers will no longer be able to use the available facilities), and the Partner will do a Stop Delivery (the Partners will not send the goods according to the request of the Distributors or Customers)
