Terms and Conditions:
- General Terms:
- Indonesian Citizen.
- Job Status:
- Permanent employee.
- Entrepreneur/Professional.
- Within the marketing reach of PermataKTA products.
- Age 21-60 years (At the end of the loan tenor).
- Minimum income:
- IDR 3 mio: Employee.
- IDR 3.5 mio: Entrepreneur/Professional.
- Length of work:
- 1 Year: Employee.
- 3 Year: Entrepreneur/Professional (in the same line of business).
- Document Requirements:
- Full Application.
- Copy of ID Card.
- Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (mandatory for loans above IDR 50 mio).
Product Risk:
- Late Payment:
- For each delay, a late fee of 5% of the installment will be charged or a minimum of IDR 150K (the larger amount applied).
- The customer passes away during the loan period.
- For customers who do not participate in the Life Insurance Protection program, the remaining loan will be transferred to the customer's heirs.
- Expedited Payment:
- For customers who make early repayment before maturity, an accelerated repayment fee of 7% of the remaining loan principal will be charged. Funds that must be repaid by the customer are as follows: Remaining Loan Principal + 7% of Remaining Loan Principal + Current Interest.

Accelerated Repayment Steps and Requirements:
- Customers can contact PermataTel at 1500111 or email to care@permatabank.co.id.
- The accelerated repayment date submitted is no later than 5 days before the next instalment debit date.
- The Customer must confirm the nominal repayment on the agreed date and give approval to the repayment terms when PermataBank contacts the Customer by telephone (no later than 3 days after the Customer's submission is received by PermataBank). If the Customer does not confirm the nominal repayment, repayment terms and/or is unsuccessfully contacted by PermataBank for the aforementioned confirmation, then the application for accelerated repayment shall be deemed cancelled.
- The Customer is not allowed to make a partial repayment of the loan capital.
