Risks related to Credit Cards:

• The misuse of Cards in case of the credit cards and PINs are known or handed over to other parties. You are fully responsible for any risk on the misuse of credit cards in connection with your credit card and PIN. To avoid such a problem, please save and maintain your credit card and PIN properly. Do not share your PIN number with any unauthorized parties. Make changes to your PIN regularly at PermataATM. PermataBank does not authorize any party to take your Credit Card and PIN.
• Please Immediately call your credit card officer through PermataTel's 24-hour service in 1500120 as soon as you know your card is lost or stolen, wherever you are. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all transactions that is done using a Credit Card prior to receiving a written notification by the Bank regarding the loss and or the theft of your Credit Card. The Cardholder is also responsible for all cash withdrawal or cash advances that made using a Credit Card with valid verification in the form of a PIN or Cardholder's signature in a Teller or Bank branch.
• If the Maturity Date or the next working day apply, such as the Maturity Date is on holiday and the Bank has not received a full payment of the total bill or at least the Minimum Payment from the Cardholder, the Cardholder must pay the late payment fees, interest, and / or any other costs determined by the bank
• In the case of the Cardholder does not make bill payments as regulated in these terms and conditions or if the quality of the Credit Card bill is categorized in the loan-loss provision as stated in the collectability criteria of Bank Indonesia, the Bank may use its own debt collections or third-party services to collect the bills and fines until they are fully paid.
• If the Card Holder does not accept the status received at Bank Indonesia in conditions other than "Current", then the Cardholder is responsible for the status of his card in the "Current" condition, that is the payment requirements made on time and there are no arrears arise.

General Terms and Conditions for AirAsia Points AirAsia Platinum Credit Card Acquisition: 

1. The cardholders will acquire airasia points for each retail transaction or a purchase with a registered AirAsia Platinum Credit Card, in the following: except a converted transaction to installments, Bills to Pay and Cash Withdrawal transactions, annual fees (main card and supplementary card), interest, Cash Withdrawal fees, late payment fee, insurance premium payment, and other related fees or penalty.
   • 3,000 airasia points transactions of IDR 2,000,000 for 1 receipt, a maximum of 90 calendar days since the AirAsia Platinum Credit Card is registered. 
   • 1 airasia points for any transaction worth of IDR 10,000 a maximum of 500 airasia points per transaction
   • 7 airasia points for every AirAsia ticket purchase with a minimum IDR of 10,000 via AirAsia website and mobile apps, a maximum of 3,500 airasia points per transaction;
   The cardholders can only collect airasia points as long as the status of their AirAsia Platinum Credit Card are active and unblocked, no payment arrears, not over limit, and no misuse of credit cards. Additonally, airasia points cannot be combined/transferred for different types of credit card product.
2. PermataBank only records the total amount of airasia points collected from the transactions made by Cardholders using AirAsia Platinum Credit Card. The total amount of Point can be checked on the current month’s billing statement.
3. AirAsia points accumulated from AirAsia Platinum Credit Card transaction will be credited to AirAsia ID number that registered by the cardholders within a maximum of 5 (five) working days. The billing date of AirAsia Platinum Credit Card is on the 24th of the month.
4. To illustrate: the customers make a retail transaction of IDR 10,000 on 5 March 2021. Then, the crediting process of 1 airasia points to the cardholders’ AirAsia ID number is within a maximum of 5 working days from billing printing date, 24 March 2021 which is around 29 March 2021.
5. Airasia points can be converted with AirAsia Product/services including flight tickets, hotel tunes or any related offers available on the official website www.airasiabig.com or a call to Ask at www.airasiabig.com.
6. Any other things related to the ownership of AirAsia ID numbers, airasia points usage, and airasia points validity period refers to the general terms and condition appointed by AirAsia.
7. If the cardholders close their AirAsia Platinum Credit Card, their airasia points can still be used based on the regulations inflicted by AirAsia.
8. PermataBank has the right to change the terms and conditions related to earning airasia points with a notification that is accordance with an applicable provisions and laws and regulations prior to the changes take effect.
9. Cardholders are required to register or activate their AirAsia Loyalty membership through e-mail sent by PermataBank to the cardholder at the time the AirAsia Platinum Credit Card application is approved.
