Threshold underlying for foreign exchange transaction against IDR from USD 25.000 to USD 100.000
Related to Bank Indonesia regulation No. 24/7/PBI/2022 regarding Foreign exchange transaction and PADG No. 24/10/PADG/2022 about the Transaction regulation in Foreign Exchange Market, that for foreign exchange purchase transactions against rupiah above USD 100,000 (or equivalent) per month per transactor would need to provide Underlying Documents where previously it was USD 25.000.
This provision applies to all purchases of foreign currency against rupiah in all of our transaction channels, including the PermataBank e-channel.
For further information, the Customer may contact the PermataBank call center or access the Bank Indonesia website related to the above regulations.
