Temporary Adjustment of the Maximum Limit for Cash Withdrawal Through ATMs

Following  the implementation of the Emergency Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM), PermataBank and Bank of Indonesia regulate the temporary adjustment of the maximum limit for cash withdrawal through Chip-based ATM machines.

The Adjustment of Cash Withdrawal Transaction Limit

In regard to the Emergency Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities and the press release of Bank Indonesia issued on 8 July 2021, it is informed that:

  1. The nominal limit for cash withdrawals for all PermataDebit Plus, Conventional and Sharia cards is IDR 20,000,000 per day (except PermataBintang and SimPel cards).
  2. This cash withdrawal limit is valid from 12 July - 30 September 2021.
  3. This nominal limit provision is only applied to transactions using chip-based cards and ATM machines.
  4. To see the complete list of the chip-based ATM terminals, you can refer to the announcement of the ATM terminal owner as directed by Bank Indonesia.

The Adjustment of Interbank Online Transfer Transactions Limits

Starting from 12 July 2021, the limit for online interbank transfers via ATM machines will be IDR 50,000,000 per day. Valid for all PermataDebit Plus cards, both Conventional and Sharia (except for PermataBintang and Simpel)
