Terms and Conditions for Installment Submission (SimplePay) through PermataTel and PermataMobile X:

  • Transactions that can be converted into installments are transactions that have not been printed on the billing statement.
  • A fee will be charged for installment transactions according to the chosen installment period.
  • Once a transaction has been converted into an installment, the installment period cannot be changed, and there will be a hold limit on the credit card equal to the requested transaction amount.
  • Installment transactions will reduce the available credit card limit, and each monthly installment payment will increase the available credit card limit.
  • There will be no confirmation from PermataBank if the Simple Pay installment submission cannot be processed due to insufficient available limit and blocked card status.
  • If there is a cancellation or early repayment of installment transactions, it is mandatory to contact PermataTel at 1500-111, 1500-100 (priority), or 1500-120 (AirAsia special).
  • If you have already submitted an installment through PermataTel, PermataMobile X, or Merchant, please disregard any SMS notification regarding the conversion of the transaction into installments to avoid duplicate processing.
  • If such cancellation/early repayment occurs, a fee of IDR 350K will be imposed and charged to the credit card. This fee may change according to the Bank policy and will be notified to the Customer in advance, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
  • Transactions converted into Installments will not earn reward points for PermataBlack World MasterCard, PermataShoppingCard, AstraWorld PermataCard, PermataRewardCard, or cashback points for PermataHeroCard.

Terms and Conditions for Installment Application (SimplePay) through Merchant:

  • Installment transactions (SimplePay) with 0% interest will be processed if the total available credit limit on the Customer's Credit Card is sufficient for the debit transaction and if there is a hold limit equal to the transaction amount requested.
  • This program is valid if the transaction is deemed valid and successful.
  • The Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction if it does not meet the applicable terms and conditions or if any fraud is detected.
  • The 0% installment is not processed by the Merchant, but by the Bank. For more information, please contact PermataTel at 1500-111, 1500-100 (priority), or 1500-120 (Airasia).
  • If you have already applied for an installment through PermataTel, PermataMobile X, or Merchant, please disregard any SMS regarding changing the transaction to installment to avoid duplicate processing.
