Terms and Conditions :
o Products included in the sweepstakes are Savings (except PermataTabungan and PermataTabungan KPR Bijak), Current Accounts and Deposits
o The Rp. 1 Billion prize applies for Savings or Current Accounts with a minimum average balance of Rp. 50.000.000.- or Deposits with a minimum balance of Rp. 100.000.000.- whereas the prize for other nominals applies for Savings or Current Accounts with a minimum average balance of Rp. 1.000.000.- or Deposits with a balance of Rp. 10.000.000.-
o The drawings are conducted before a notary and other authorized officials.
o PermataBank shall borne the 25% Lottery Tax.
o The prize shall be credited to the account of the winners no later than 1 month after the draw.
o Customers who close their accounts during the program period shall not be included in the draw.
o At the time of the draw, the account is still in active status
o The prize shall be credited to the account number listed at PermataBank

SAVINGS AND CURRENT ACCOUNTS BONUS INTEREST RATE up to 2% p.a
Bonus interest rate will be awarded for the addition of the average balance per month compared to the average balance of the previous 1 month and the average balance over the month that is greater than October 2012 with the following conditions :

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- Only applies for Savings and Current Account products, namely :
- Savings : PermataTabungan BEBAS, PermataMe! and PermataBintang
- Current Accounts : PermataGiro IDR and PermataGiro Ganda
- During the program period, Bonus interest rate shall be given if the overall Customer's total funds (savings, current accounts, and deposits) do not decrease compared to the previous month during the program period.
- Bonus interest rate shall be credited to the respective accounts no later than the end of the next month during the program period.
- Tax on bonus interest rate in the amount of 20% shall be debited following the credited bonus interest rate.
- Accounts that are inactive for 1 year will not be included in the Bonus Interest rate program
