PERMATABANK PROUDLY PRESENTS LA GALAXY

JAKARTA - PT Bank Permata Tbk (“PermataBank”) today proudly announced to be one of the main sponsors of the LA Galaxy football team to continuously delight its loyal customers. The LA Galaxy, including David Beckham and fellow stars Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane, will be in Jakarta from 28 to 30 November in Jakarta as part of their Asia Pacific tour.
The partnership brings together PermataBank and football as Indonesia's biggest sport. No other sport in Indonesia has more active participants, spectators and fans than football. It is only natural for PermataBank to believe that such sponsorship will also further promote football, the world's most popular sport which transcends all levels social and culture border, and grow its appeal amongst various audiences including the Bank's customers.

Through PermataBank's sponsorship, in line with its "Millions of Families, One Bank" positioning, a series of events has been scheduled during LA Galaxy's visit in Jakarta for the Bank's loyal customers and their families including a “Soccer Clinic” and “Training Session” for adults and children, a "Meet & Greet" gathering to be also attended by selected PermataBank customers and also the exhibition match between LA Galaxy and Indonesia's all-star national football team on 30 Nov at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.

The LA Galaxy soccer team just recently won their third Major League Soccer (MLS) championship this year, which represents the number one position within the top tier of both the American and Canadian soccer pyramids. Their visit has been much anticipated by football fans in Indonesia.
PermataBank also invited 20 children representing PermataHati beneficiaries to attend the Soccer Clinic and Training Session. The LA Galaxy team's interactions during the “Soccer Clinic” and "Meet & Greet" gathering as well as the match against Indonesia's all-star team is hoped to inspire Indonesia's youth in becoming the next world-class football players and to further promote Indonesia on the global sports map.
