JAKARTA - PT Bank Permata Tbk ("PermataBank") today announced net profit after tax (consolidated - unaudited) of Rp. 1.093 trillion for the nine months period ending 30 September 2012, an increase of 16% year-on-year (YoY) from Rp. 946 billion in the same period in 2011.

JAKARTA - PT Bank Permata Tbk ("PermataBank" or "Bank") today announced that the Bank intends to raise equity capital by way of a Limited Public Offering V ("Rights Issue"). The Rights Issue will further strengthen the Bank's Tier-1 capital position to support business expansion and pursue growth opportunities.

JAKARTA – Today PT Bank Permata Tbk ("PermataBank" or "the Bank") held the Due Diligence Meeting and Public Expose in which the management conveyed the Bank's plan to launch the Bonds Program in the Public Offering of Subordinated Bonds I Bank Permata Tranche I Year 2012 ("Obligasi Subordinasi Berkelanjutan I Bank Permata Tahap I Tahun 2012" or "Sub Debt") with Tranche I in the amount of maximum IDR 700 billion.

JAKARTA - Today PT Bank Permata Tbk ("PermataBank") held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and approved the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2011.

JAKARTA – PT Bank Permata Tbk (“PermataBank”) today announced continued improving operating performance in the three months period ending 31 March 2012 (consolidated and unaudited) as it registered a pre-tax profit of Rp. 457 billion, an increase of 9% year-on-year (yoy) from Rp. 420 billion over the same period in 2011. Net profit after tax grew 3% yoy to Rp 331 billion.
