A Liverpool Football Legend, in Jakarta
British Chamber and PermataBank Present Ian Rush

JAKARTA – In line with efforts to continuously develop youth through the spirit of sports, particularly football in Indonesia, the British Chamber (“BritCham”) along with PT Bank Permata Tbk (“PermataBank”) present Ian Rush, a legendary football player from Liverpool Football Club, England. Ian Rush will be in Jakarta from May 14 to 17, 2010 as informed by Chris P. Wren – Britcham Executive Director accompanied by David Fletcher – President Director of PermataBank in a joint press conference in Jakarta on May 4, 2010.
Football is the sport of choice in these events since it is very popular in Indonesia, well-liked by all age segments. Therefore a series of events has been prepared for Ian Rush’s visit in Jakarta, including football coaching clinics, which will be attended by approximately 1,500 junior high school pupils from 112 schools around poorer, rural areas of West Java as well as selected PermataBank customers, a gathering with the Liverpool fans in Indonesia (BIGREDS Indonesia), and an appreciation night to be attended by Permata Priority Banking customers. A CSR Program under the care of PermataBank Peduli is also scheduled.
