JAKARTA - Today PT Bank Permata Tbk ("PermataBank" or "Bank") held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and approved the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012. The AGMS granted full release of responsibility ("volledig acquit et de charge") to all members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors for the supervision and management performed during the fiscal year ending 31 December 2012.
