John A. Prasetio, Independent Commissioner, Age 60

Indonesia citizen. Starting his career as Lecturer in Faculty of Economics of University of Indonesia since 1971 until 1988, then he joined to Haskins & Sells New York since 1977 until 1980 as Audit Manager. Then since 1980 until 2005, he consecutively held position as Executive Partner/Director of SGV Group Indonesia, as Country Managing Partner/CEO of Prasetio Utomo (Arthur Andersen Indonesia), as Asian CEO/Regional Managing Partner and as Asia Pacific CEO/Area Managing Partner of Andersen Worldwide Singapore, as Chairman of Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja (Ernst & Young Indonesia), as Chairman of CIBA Investment & Advisory, and as Senior  Advisory Partner of Ernst & Young (Asia Pacific).
Now besides holding a position as Chairman of CBA Asia since 2006, Mr. John Prasetio holding positions as Vice President of Kadin Indonesia, Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk and PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk, and as the member of the Boards such as: Board of National Committee on Good Governance, Board of APEC Business Advisory  Council, Board of Executive Center for Global Leadership and Board of Indonesia Forum Foundation .
He earned an Economy Degree from University of Indonesia in 1973 and Program for Management Development of Harvard Business School, Boston in 1980.
