John A. Prasetio, Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen. Appointed as Independent Commissioner of PermataBank pursuant to resolutions of PermataBank's AGMS on 27 April 2010, and obtained approval from Bank Indonesia on January 21, 2011, effective on April 4, 2011. Concurrently, Mr Prasetio serves as Independent Commissioner for PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk and PT Global Mediacom Tbk until 2 April 2011 and until May 2010 for PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. Previous commissioner positions were at PT Nusa Dua Graha International, PT Asuransi CIGNA, CBA Asia, Ernst and Young Advisory Services and PT Tri Polyta Indonesia. Mr Prasetio held numerous senior position as auditor in many companies including as Regional Senior Advisory Partner at Ernst and Young Global, Executive Chairman at Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja (Ernst & Young Indonesia) and Asia Pacific CEO for Andersen Worldwide. Other senior positions include at SGV Utomo Group and at Haskins and Sells, New York. Mr Prasetio is Chairman of the APEC Business Advisory Council Indonesia, as well as member of the National Committee on Good Governance, the National Economic Council, Investment Committee of the Investment Board (BKPM) and the Association of Publicly Listed Companies (AEI).
