Timothy Utama, Director

Indonesian citizen. Appointed as Technology & Operations Director of PermataBank pursuant to the resolutions of PermataBank’s EGMS on 20 January 2010 and obtained approval from Bank Indonesia on 27 May 2010. Mr. Utama began his career in Banking at Bank of Trade (LippoBank) in Los Angeles in 1989 and then joined Standard Chartered Bank Group in 1992 holding various senior positions in Product Management, Operations, Sales and Strategy in different countries, such as Indonesia, Singapore and India. Prior to moving back to Indonesia he was the Head of Wholesale Banking Operations for SCB Group based in Chennai, India. Mr. Utama also held senior management positions at ANZ Bank in Melbourne, Australia as the Global Head of Trade Operations as well as the Head of Trade Sales, from 2004 to 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, from Texas A & M University in 1988.
