Herwidayatmo, Vice President Director

Indonesian citizen. Appointed as Vice President Director of PermataBank pursuant to the resolutions of PermataBank’s EGMS on 12 August 2009 after previously serving as Legal & Compliance Director of Permatabank pursuant to the resolutions of PermataBank's EGMS on 29 August 2008 with approval obtained from Bank Indonesia on 17 October 2008, and as Commissioner of PermataBank on 17 October 2006 with approval obtained from Bank Indonesia on June 22, 2007. Herwidayatmo started his career in 1982 when he joined Bapepam and since then held various positions before his tenure as Chairman of Bapepam from 2000-2004. He was also appointed as Deputy to the Minister of State Owned Enterprise from 1998-2000 and Executive Director of the World Bank for South East Asia from 2004-2006. He earned a degree in Accounting from Gajah Mada University and Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University, Canada.
