Mark Spencer Greenberg, Commissioner

British citizen. Appointed as Commissioner of PermataBank pursuant to the resolutions of PermataBank’s AGMS on 15 May 2007 and obtained approval from Bank Indonesia on 7 September 2007. Currently, Mark Greenberg is also Group Strategy Director of Jardine Matheson Holdings as well as a Director of Jardine Matheson Limited, Dairy Farm, Hongkong Land, Jardine Cycle and Carriage, Mandarin Oriental and Commissioner of PT Astra International Tbk. Previously, he spent 16 years in investment banking with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London. After graduating from Hertford College, Oxford University in 1990, he was awarded a Master of Arts degree in Modern History.
