The Bank’s corporate plan and business plan has been prepared in a realistic manner and has considered all external and internal factors as well as the prudential principle. The realization of the business plan was considered good, as indicated by financial ratios (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO) and asset quality (NPL Gross and NPL Net).
